About This Programme

Our onboarding programme tells you the story of our Company within the Nkuku Academy. It explains what we are here to do for our customers, and how we should do it. It explains our vision and the values that are most important to us. It shows you how big we are, and how many activities we are involved in. Once you have completed the programme and passed the test at the end, you will be ready to take up your role and be a productive employee.
