About This Course

As part of the onboarding process, this broiler production introductory module is designed to take you through broiler production journey from placement of day-old chicks through grow-out to dispatch of live birds to the processing plant for slaughter. By the end of this module, you will have a solid foundation in the complete broiler value chain including housing and equipment, brooding and growing management, nutrition and water management, health and welfare.
